This group aims to build competence and raise awareness around proven methods of project leadership for employees who cannot dedicate their focus entirely on project management due to other fields of responsibility. This group will enable a continuous improvement of the quality of project management. As project working is an integral part of all our business`, this is highly relevant.

The program combines theoretical and practical approaches towards the delivery of complicated projects. Either within an existing organization or across for better integration of PM practice in project consortia.
