Now you can become a partner in new EU partnerships

How can we create new raw materials based on the diversity of existing waste streams and become a strong supplier in the European circular transition?

Therefore, it is now important to participate in shaping the agenda in the EU through various partnerships in the Horizon Europe program to strengthen our role as a competitive and green raw material supplier in the European market.

Relevant for the Industry

The partnerships Process4Planet, Batt4EU and CO2 Value Europe are well-known examples of programs that are relevant for the industry to join as partners. A new partnership has recently been established by the European Commission. The Innovative Advance Materials Initiative  aims to strengthen material development in Europe. The Eyde Cluster, an active partner in Process4Planet, is now in dialogue with IAM-I and has applied for membership.

-By being a partner, you have the opportunity to receive early information and influence by helping to set the agenda. Several research institutions are already involved, but it is important to bring industry voices into the discussion, says Christophe Pinck, head of international relations at the Eyde Cluster.

Until October

Until October 2024, you can sign up for the IAM-I (Innovative Advanced Materials Initiative), which is a co-program partnership.

This means that those who get involved now have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions with long-term significance through the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA).

-There will be workshops on September 19 and October 21 for members, so it’s a good time to engage now, not only to influence decisions but also to gain access to information from the Commission during this transition phase, even with a new Commission taking office, emphasizes Christophe Pinck.
